    By placing an order with Rich Over Famous, you agree to the policies below.

    SHIPPING POLICY

     

  • Processing Time
    Orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends & holidays). During new drops, restocks, or high-volume periods, processing times may be extended.

    Tracking
    Once shipped, a tracking number will be sent via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours.

    Customer Address Responsibility
    Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.
    Rich Over Famous is NOT responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to address error, the customer must pay for re-shipping.

    Shipping Delays
    Once a package is handed to the carrier (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.), we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping company, weather, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.

    Lost or Stolen Packages
    Rich Over Famous is not liable for lost, stolen, or missing packages once marked delivered by the carrier. Customers must contact the shipping provider directly to file a claim.

    ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
    We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for:
       •    Wrong size selected by customer
       •    Change of mind
       •    Style preference
       •    Fit preference
       •    Ordering mistakes
       •    Sale items
       •    Limited drops
       •    Pre-orders

    Please review size charts and product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

    EXCEPTIONS (OUR ERROR ONLY)

    The ONLY time we accept a return, exchange, or refund is if Rich Over Famous made a mistake.

    This includes:
       •    You received the wrong item
       •    You received the wrong size sent by us
       •    You received the wrong color
       •    Item arrived damaged or defective

    In these situations, the customer may choose:
    Exchange
    Store credit
    Refund

    The item must be returned first before any resolution is issued.

    CLAIM & RETURN WINDOW
       •    Issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
       •    The item must be returned within 10 days of the complaint date

    If the item is not returned within 10 days, Rich Over Famous reserves the right to deny the claim.

    RETURN CONDITION REQUIREMENTS

    Approved return items must be:
       •    Unworn
       •    Unwashed
       •    Free of stains, odors, or damage
       •    In original condition with tags & packaging

    Items not meeting these standards will be rejected.

    REFUND PROCESSING (If Approved)
       •    Refunds go back to the original payment method
       •    Processing time: 5–10 business days after inspection
       •    Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours

    FRAUD & CHARGEBACK POLICY

    Fraudulent claims, false “item not received” reports, or chargebacks without contacting us first may result in:
       •    Order cancellation
       •    Permanent ban from purchasing
       •    Evidence submitted to payment processors
       •    Legal action if necessary
